Building and Publishing an Index of Every Address on Ethereum Mainnet

We will discuss how the techniques behind our project, TrueBlocks, a 2018 Ethereum Foundation grant winner in the infrastructure category, produces and publishes an index of every appearance of every address on the Ethereum mainnet. With that index, which is naturally distributed by the users of our desktop application, we can produce full transactional histories for our end users. All of this on a desktop application that runs fully-locally, 100% decentralized, and perfectly private. Not to mention that our 'accounting' packages reconcile transactions (both ETH and ERC20 tokens) to 18-decimal places every 15 seconds.
