Mitigating MEV with FHE - Blind Arbitrage on Ethereum

We introduce a protocol leveraging Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) to address Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). This protocol facilitates blind arbitrage of UniswapV2 transactions. We cover performance enhancements and outline remaining challenges.
