Rotki: showcasing advantages of opensource local apps

In this talk we are going to explain what are local-first apps and what are their advantages. We are going to see why local-first combined with opensource leads to true dapps that are auditable, transparent, protect the privacy of their users and enable them to own their data. As a showcase of a true local-first opensource dapp we are going to use the example of rotki, a portfolio tracking and accounting tool. We will see what its features and capabilities are, how it compares to competitors and why everyone should be using it.
