Selling physical things using NFTs: what we have learned

Selling gold bars or real estate as NFTs seems easy, at first. Just buy the thing, hold the thing, mint the NFT and give the thing to the NFT holder if they ask for it. Unfortunately... We'll share what Mattereum has learned doing it since 2017.
