An Assembly Language for building zkEVMs.

The Linea zkEVM is unusual as it implements an EVM directly as a ZK circuit, rather than using a zkVM (e.g. RISC0, etc). This talk will examine our approach in our more detail, and present a new approach to writing constraints we are adopting.
