An over-collateralized and capital efficient decentralized stablecoin design

We will introduce how to build a stablecoin protocol with 1:1 convertibility between collateral and stable assets while remaining over-collateralized. The idea is to rely on perpetual futures to insure the protocol against the volatility of the collateral. This idea is not new, what's new is using a third type of agent in protocols like that to make sure that the protocol can resist to drops in demand for long.
