Web3 Marketing is already here. Where does it go next?
On Discord and Twitter, it's raining airdrops, whitelist spots and rewards. DAOs and dapps are in search of diamond hands to pump token prices and talent to grow and develop apps, protocols and ecosystems. As web3 emerges, decentralization, pseudo-anonymity and tokenization will drastically affect the relationships between marketers and audiences, maybe even flipping thee web2 model on its head. Users may well end up in control of their data and marketers may begin delivering value to users rather than extracting it. I'll explore these topics through concrete examples and describe how we got here and the challenges we face moving forward.
