All raffles are scams: How to raffle the Ethereum way

I will present a novel method of raffling built on proven cryptographic primitives; that is infinitely scalable (ANY number of winners, yet CONSTANT gas cost). It is also free of modulo bias, unlike raffles based on Fisher-Yates.
