Gamification of Utility-Building Public Goods

At Opolis we’re building a global public utility for employment, offering members payroll and health insurance and tax compliance for cheaper than they could on their own, while making them owners of the cooperative. This can be incredibly boring and people struggle with attention spans, but this is critical infrastructure that we all rely on- and if we’re to scale Web3 to the masses, needs to be common sense. I’d like to talk about the gamification and alignment of incentives we designed to help make a boring subject less boring.
