Compatibility between TradFi and DeFi

SG-Forge is experimenting compatibility between TradFi (through native Security Token issuance on Ethereum) and DeFi. A first refinancing transaction on Security Token has been approved by MakerDAO. The aim is to provide insight into how the two worlds can be compatible, including: - Legal framework to interact with a DAO (community + protocol); - Define a Smart Contract standard method to enable this bridge and to ensure the security of the protocol; - Business perspective for TradFi and DeFi; - Missing piece to make it smoother in terms of compliance and regulatory aspect.
